About N. Brooke Lieb
ALEXANDER TECHNIQUE
N. Brooke Lieb, Director of Teacher Training at ACAT since 2008, began her studies in the Alexander Technique in 1983. She received her Teaching Certificate from The American Center for The Alexander Technique (ACAT) in 1989, where she has been a faculty member of their Teacher Certification Program since 1992. In September of 2006, she was appointed Associate Director of Teacher Training.
In private practice, Brooke's clients include singers, instrumentalists, dancers, actors and visual artists; educators; business professionals; people recovering from and interested in preventing injuries and chronic pain; and those people interested in a greater awareness of the intimate connection between body and mind.
Brooke is also trained in CranioSacral Therapy through the Upledger Institute.
Brooke offers group classes and private lessons at her Upper West Side office.

N. Brooke Lieb has been offering individual and group coaching since 1994. Creator of The Confidence from the Inside Out System(TM) ,(www.getconfidencenow.com), Brooke coaches clients on their business practices, professional development issues and around the issues of work/life integration. Her clients have included mental health professionals, practitioners of alternative healing modalities, singers, instrumentalists, actors and many other entrepreneurs. Brooke participated in "The Mastery of Creativity", "Leadership and Creativity" and "The Tell" at The Actors Institute, where she lead their premiere program, The Mastery, from 1994 until 1998. She combines a diverse background in theatre, education, health, bodywork, management and training to address a wide variety of life issues with her clients.
